Sandy has created a self-paced, self-reflection course that takes you on this deep dive into YOU. To do this work, you will need to devote approximately 35 hours of your time, at your own pace, doing guided reflection journalling exercises and home assignments.
Based on Sandy’s 15 years of working with clients and seeing what works, these exercises will take you into the essence and heart of what makes you unique and worthy. It includes shadow work and re-visioning. Your at-home learning will be interspersed with 5 hours of experiential therapy at key points along the way. The therapy creates a felt-sense corrective experience that anchors the learning into your nervous system and boosts your positive core beliefs about yourself.

Introductory Price: $750 (may be paid in 3 instalments of $250) You will be issued a receipt for the therapy sessions that can be used with most benefits programs that cover psychotherapy.

You will learn and practise experiential techniques for working with some common client presenting concerns of low self-esteem, inner critic, relationship conflicts and childhood trauma.

If you are navigating a cancer diagnosis, it can be helpful to find a community of others who are going through similar emotions and experiences. We are offering a safe, therapist-led space to process feelings, reduce anxiety, build resilience and connect with people who get it. This group is led by Liz Greenslade, who brings a depth of lived experience with her own cancer journey and Sandy Kirkwood, who has years of experience supporting clients with chronic illness. We’d love for you to join us. This group is offered weekly online free of charge. We meet on Friday afternoons on an ongoing drop-in basis, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, beginning June 5th, 2026
