We’re so glad you found your way here.
You may be seeking counselling because of a specific situation, such as a work-related issue, a relationship problem, or for your mental health. You may have a desire to heal from past traumatic or toxic events. Or you may be experiencing a general sense of malaise. Perhaps you are noticing that you are engaging in patterns that are not serving you? Some common saboteurs might be negative self-talk, people pleasing, masking, lack of purpose, insecurity, thinking you are not enough, procrastination, substance use when stressed, and perfectionism. We can help.
We offer online and in-person therapy services to individual adults, couples and youth. Our therapists integrate a variety of approaches depending on your specific needs and goals. Each counsellor brings different specialties, such as trauma treatments, EMDR, AEDP, Inner Child Work, Solutions-focused therapy, CBT, mindfulness-based practices and somatic (body-based) therapies.
As well, we are pleased to offer low-cost counselling through our Graduate Intern, Liz.
