I believe that if you feel good about who you are on the inside, it affects every aspect of your life – your relationships, your stress level, your work life, your self-trust and your inner well-being. I use trauma-informed, attachment-based counselling approaches including EMDR, Gestalt, transpersonal, spiritual and experiential methods.
I have found that clients come to see me when they are feeling stuck or confused or perhaps struggling with the impact of past trauma. This may include feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, grief or questioning of your self-worth. My approach is tailored to you, with an emphasis on collaboration.

A big focus of my work is now clinical supervision of new and experienced therapists.
