Hello and Welcome
I believe we all have a tremendous capacity for change and growth. Being bilingual (Spanish/English) and having lived in many countries, I have an open, inclusive, and cross-cultural worldview. I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to tell your stories and collaboratively explore what feels scary or leaves you feeling “stuck”. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that integrating your strengths and goals with proven clinical approaches will lead to understanding, validation, and healing.
I use an integrative approach to counselling, pulling from various theoretical approaches. I value and prioritize connection and trust in the therapeutic relationship with you and provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and heard and gradually allow yourself to be vulnerable.
I hold a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and have a Bachelors Degree in Applied Psychology with a Minor in Counselling and Human Development. I have also worked as a Behaviour Therapist and Autism Service Provider for neurodivergent children and their families.
