I provide clinical supervision to help therapists thrive in their practice. If you have chosen to be a counsellor, then you are already on what I call the wisdom path. This is important work and we bring our whole selves to it. One reason why I chose to become a therapist and clinical supervisor is that I am a huge believer in the ripple effect. As I work with you, and you work with your clients, together our skills and expertise ripple out to create positive change in the world.
In addition to my years as a therapist and clinical supervisor, I bring life experience as a teacher, vice-principal, high school counsellor, crisis support volunteer, parent, step-parent, parenting group facilitator and business manager.
I deeply appreciate how vulnerable it can be to seek clinical supervision and consultation. Let me assure you that wherever you are on your own learning journey, I absolutely respect your desire to grow personally and professionally. We are all works in progress and there is much joy and learning when we can connect and share ideas together!

Clinical Supervision - Four Options
Individual Clinical Supervision-Consultation
$150 per hour. Or you can book a 30-minute quick supervision session for $75.
Paired Supervision-Consultation Dyad
Great to take with a classmate or colleague. $75 per hour per participant, $150 each for a 2-hour session.
4-Week Group: New Counsellors’ Experiential Toolkit
The emphasis of this group/workshop is to support new therapists in building confidence in experiential exercises to use with clients. You will learn and practise experiential techniques for working with some common client presenting concerns of low self-esteem, inner critic, relationship conflicts and childhood trauma. If you have been wanting to deepen your own satisfaction with your client sessions and help your clients to create meaningful change in their lives, then talk therapy is not enough.
This workshop takes place in a supportive, safe and confidential environment with a maximum of 6 participants. In-person is preferred, however it is equally effective when taken online. Cost is $70 per session ($280 in Total for 4 weeks)

Group Supervision-Consultation for 3 – 4 participants
Accelerate your personal and professional growth through shared learning, peer support, and mutual feedback in a supportive online group setting. Each session is designed for 3 to 4 participants. $75 per hour per participant, $150 each for a 2-hour session.
Supervision Groups are scheduled monthly on the last Tuesday and the last Thursday of each month. Please reserve your spot at least one week in advance!
