I provide clinical supervision to help therapists to thrive in their practice. With over 1000 hours of providing clinical supervision and consultation, my goal is always to support you, the helpers and healers, to feel confident, effective and empowered. I offer individual supervision, as well as dyad work, monthly group supervision and workshops to practicum students, new counsellors and seasoned professionals.
We, as therapists, are faced daily with human concerns that may be highly complex or overwhelming. This is important work and we bring our whole selves to it. I deeply appreciate how vulnerable it can be to seek supervision because we care so much, and we want to do the best we can for our clients. Talking through our client concerns with other professionals can give us the strength to persevere in our own growth and learning, and light the path forward.

Clinical Supervision - Four Options
Individual Clinical Supervision-Consultation
$150 per hour. Or you can book a 30-minute quick supervision session for $75.
Paired Supervision-Consultation Dyad
Great to take with a classmate or colleague. $75 per hour per participant, $150 each for a 2-hour session.
4-Week Group: New Counsellors’ Experiential Toolkit
The emphasis of this group/workshop is to support new therapists in building confidence in experiential exercises to use with clients. You will learn and practise experiential techniques for working with some common client presenting concerns of low self-esteem, inner critic, relationship conflicts and childhood trauma. If you have been wanting to deepen your own satisfaction with your client sessions and help your clients to create meaningful change in their lives, then talk therapy is not enough.
This workshop takes place in a supportive, safe and confidential environment with a maximum of 6 participants. In-person is preferred, however it is equally effective when taken online. Cost is $70 per 90-minute session ($280 in Total for 4 weeks)

Group Supervision-Consultation for 3 – 4 participants
Accelerate your personal and professional growth through shared learning, peer support, and mutual feedback in a supportive online group setting. Each session is designed for 3 to 4 participants. $75 per hour per participant, $150 each for a 2-hour session. If you are a practicum student or new grad needing RCC hours, please email for reduced rates.
Supervision Groups are scheduled monthly on the last Tuesday and the last Thursday of each month. Please reserve your spot at least one week in advance!
